Hatha is a yoga system that utilizes both breathing control and physical postures (also known as asanas) to better align the body. Translated to mean “sun” and “moon,” this style of yoga is designed to help practitioners find a deeper sense of balance. Within the physical body, Hatha allows for the exploration of strength and flexibility while teaching the importance of surrender.
What Can You Expect?
Through a combination of grounding postures, moving flows and positional holds, you can expect to gain a better sense of body awareness while simultaneously learning to end injury causing compensation patterns.
